Email pet-roaster@allyra.app and describe what happened. Including your phone model and what you were doing at the time makes it much easier to help.

Common questions

The roast failed or timed out.

Check your internet connection and try again. If it keeps failing, the AI service may be busy or temporarily down.

It says I've hit a limit.

There's a cap on how many roasts can be generated in an hour to keep the service running for everyone. The message tells you roughly how long until you can go again.

It couldn't find a pet in my photo.

The AI looks for an animal in the picture. Try a clearer photo where the pet fills more of the frame.

Can I delete my data?

Everything the app stores is on your phone. Deleting the app deletes all of it.

Where did my roast go?

Roasts are saved on your device only. They don't transfer to a new phone and can't be recovered if the app is deleted.
